We are always grateful for your wildlife records, which are collected and assessed by our recorders, and eventually passed on to the Biological Records Centre at York. You can thus add to scientific knowledge of our area. We need details of what it was you found, and when and where you found it. You need to be sure of what you saw – our recorders will weed out obviously impossible sightings but they are not psychic and we need to be sure all our records are reliable.
