Summer Programme – 30 outdoor events. Walks, birding, botany, butterflies, moth trapping, mammal tracking, and geology trips. Half-Day Improve your skills for both beginners and improvers. In fact something for everyone, no matter what your interests.

Weekly emailed Nature Notes written by five local naturalists, including updates on local wildlife events. Bite-sized pieces of nature arriving in your in-box each Friday.

Winter Programme -12 winter talks /webinars, from local, regional, and national speakers. Autumn fungal foray, and birding trips.

Annual Review - is a celebration of the previous year, but most importantly it contains all our wildlife records. To find out more about recording and the work of our recorders visit the recording section of the website. 

Supporting Wildlife, Conservation and Education projects - we use our membership income and donations to give grants to many different local wildlife projects each year. Tree-planting to nest boxes, citizen science to bringing children into the countryside, and much more.

Conservation work parties at five local natural history reserves. As well as opportunities to get involved in citizen science projects.
